Fair and direct trade is what we believe in, It ensures the farmers to grow more ecological, sustainable coffee crops by offering them fair price for their hard work. And it also benefits the end customer, because there are no 'middlemen' trying to raise the price of the green coffee beans. Ugly Mug is willing to pay the fairest prices for the great crops of coffee, but some may certified as fair trade and some may not, but we will put our conscious hearts to pursue the fairness and the reward that the awesome farmers deserve.
